Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet (ahi, salmon, other)Sliced for sashimi 1#
  • uCook Garlic Sauce & Marinade ⅓c
  • Soy sauce 1½ Tbl
  • Salt (diced) pinch

 

Procedure:

  • Heat Garlic Sauce, soy sauce, and salt over medium heat 30-60 seconds (do not burn garlic)
  • Pour over sliced fish
