- Fish fillet (ahi, salmon, other)Sliced for sashimi 1#
- uCook Garlic Sauce & Marinade ⅓c
- Soy sauce 1½ Tbl
- Salt (diced) pinch
Procedure:
- Heat Garlic Sauce, soy sauce, and salt over medium heat 30-60 seconds (do not burn garlic)
- Pour over sliced fish
