HELPFUL HINTS

For optimal ingredient distribution:

  • Pour entire bottle of sauce into an airtight container and mix well
  • Immediately measure amount needed for cooking
  • Cover and store remaining sauce in refrigerator

For optimal flavor:

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 12
  • Garlic Mayonnaise (see below)10 Tbl
  • Crab (fresh, can, or imitation)⅔ c
  • Artichoke hearts (chop) 3-4 Tbl
  • Kale (blanch and chop) 1 Tbl
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • Procedure:

    • Gently simmer eggs for 7 minutes; turn off heat and let sit in hot water for 5 minutes
    • Remove from heat and cool immediately under cold running water
    • Remove shells and pat dry
    • Cut eggs in half (lengthwise) and remove yolks
    • Place yolks in a bowl and mash until smooth
    • Add mayonnaise, crab, artichoke hearts, kale, salt, and white pepper
    • Combine and mix well
    • Check seasoning
    • Stuff egg halves with mixed yolk filling

    GARLIC MAYONNAISE [Ingredients]:

  • Mayonnaise 1 c
  • Garlic Sauce & Marinade 3 Tbl
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • Parsley (chop) optional as needed

 

GARLIC MAYONNAISE [Procedure]:

  • Heat Garlic Sauce & Marinade in small Teflon pan for 1 minute – do not brown garlic
  • Remove from heat and pour into a medium bowl; cool completely
  • Add mayonnaise to the bowl and mix well with Garlic Sauce & Marinade
  • Add seasoning and parsley as desired

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 12

  • Fresh bacon bits (dice) 4 pcs
  • Spinach (blanch and chop) 1 Tbl
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • Procedure:

    • Gently simmer eggs for 12 minutes
    • Remove from heat and cool immediately under cold running water
    • Remove shells and pat dry
    • Cut eggs in half (lengthwise) and remove yolks

Ingredients:

  • Nairagi (6-oz pieces) 3 pcs
  • Kosher saltto taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oilas needed
  • Garlic Sauce 3 Tbl
  • Garlic oil(from bottle) 5 Tbl
  • Shallots (mince) – optional 2 Tbl
  • Shiitake (small dice) ¼ c
  • Tomato (seeded and medium diced) ½ c
  • Kosher salt ⅛ tsp
  • Black pepper (freshly ground) pinch
  • White (or dark) balsamic vinegar 2 tsp
  • Capers (rough chop) 2 tsp
  • Basil (fine julienne) 1½ Tbl

 

Procedure:

  • Heat a small teflon pan over medium heat
  • Add Garlic Sauce, garlic oil, and shallots to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Add shiitake to the pan and cook for 1 minute
  • Add tomato and cook for additional 30-45 seconds
  • Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper
  • Add balsamic, capers, and basil and mix well; set aside
  • Season fish on both sides
  • Heat oil in teflon pan over medium heat and cook fish for 1-2 minutes on each side, depending on thickness; cook until medium doneness
  • Top fish with a generous portion of the tomato mixture

Ingredients:

  • French bread (sliced ½”- ¾“)
  • Garlic Sauce
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh mozzarella
  • Garlic oil (from bottle) 1Tbl
  • Shallots (mince) – optional 1Tbl
  • Tomato (medium dice) 1c
  • Basil (fine julienne)1½ – 2 Tbl
  • Black pepper (freshly ground) pinch
  • Kosher salt ¼tsp or to taste
  • Balsamic syrupto taste

 

Procedure:

  • Place garlic oil, garlic sauce, and shallots in a small teflon pan and cook over medium heat for 1 minute
  • Place garlic and shallot mixture in a small bowl
  • Add tomato, basil, and seasoning and mix well; set aside
  • Evenly brush bread with Garlic Sauce
  • Season lightly with salt and bake in 350°F oven until lightly toasted and remove from oven
  • Place sliced mozzarella on crostini and continue baking for 2 minutes
  • Remove from heat
  • Even distribute tomato mixture on crostini and serve

Ingredients:

  • Salmon filet 2#
  • uCook Garlic Sauce & Marinade 3Tbl
  • Mayonnaise 1c
  • Tobiko 3tsp
  • Salt (diced) pinch

 

Procedure:

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Combine mayonnaise, Garlic Sauce, Tobiko, and salt and mix well
  • Spread evenly over filet
  • Bake at 325° F for 15 minutes (medium rare)

Ingredients:

  • Tofu (slice into easy to eat pieces) 1 block
  • uCook Garlic Sauce & Marinade ⅓c
  • Soy sauce 2 Tbl
  • Salt (diced) pinch

 

Procedure:

  • Heat Garlic Sauce, soy sauce, and salt over medium heat 30-60 seconds (do not burn garlic)
  • Pour over sliced tofu

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet (ahi, salmon, other)Sliced for sashimi 1#
  • uCook Garlic Sauce & Marinade ⅓c
  • Soy sauce 1½ Tbl
  • Salt (diced) pinch

 

Procedure:

  • Heat Garlic Sauce, soy sauce, and salt over medium heat 30-60 seconds (do not burn garlic)
  • Pour over sliced fish

Ingredients:

  • Rice, cooked 2c
  • Imitation Crab ¾ #
  • Mayonnaise 1⅓c
  • uCook Garlic Sauce & Marinade 3 tbl
  • Salt (diced)½tsp
  • Furikake as desired
  • Nori (Korean Seasoned Seaweed) Squares as desired

 

Procedure:

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Press cooked rice evenly into an oven-safe 7½ “ x 9” pan (8” x 8” works, too)
  • Cut imitation crab into smaller pieces
  • Combine crab, mayonnaise, Garlic Sauce & Marinade, and salt; mix well
  • Layer crab mixture evenly over rice.
  • Sprinkle Furikake over mayo mixture, as desired
  • Bake uncovered 350° for 15 min (top is lightly browned)
  • Scoop out small portion of rice and crab, wrap in piece of nori, and eat

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti (dry)8 oz
  • Wateras needed
  • Saltas needed
  • Garlic Sauce & Marinade5 -6 Tbl
  • Salt¼ tsp
  • Tomato (medium dice)½ c
  • Spinach (chop)1 c
  • Spaghetti (cooked al dente)1 #
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)1 – 2 Tbl

 

Procedure:

  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water to al dente; drain and reserve
  • Combine Garlic Sauce & Marinade and salt and cook over medium heat for 2 – 3 minutes
  • Add tomatoes and continue cooking for 1 – 2 minutes
  • Add spinach and spaghetti and continue cooking for 1 – 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted and spaghetti is heated through
  • Season to taste and top with parmesan
