Ingredients:
- Garlic Sauce & Marinade3 Tbl (may use more, if desired)
- 21/25 shrimp (peeled and deveined)12 pcs
- Garlic Sauce & Marinade1 Tbl
- Parsley (chopped) – optional1 tsp
- Salt (optional) to taste
Procedure:
- Using a paper towel, pat shrimp dry
- Combine Garlic Sauce and shrimp and mix well in a container or Zip-loc bag
- Cover (or seal) and refrigerate overnight
- Remove shrimp from the marinade and reserve
- Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan over medium heat
- Add 1 Tbl of fresh Garlic Sauce & Marinade and cook for 1 minute (if desired, season with salt to taste)
- Add shrimp and marinade in the bag to the pan and cook until done, being careful not to burn the garlic
- Remove shrimp from heat, toss with parsley and serve
