Ingredients (yield 1¼ c):
Kaʻū Orange Sauce ½ c
Orange juice 1 piece
Water (optional) 2 Tbl
Orange zest 1 tsp
Vegetable oil ¼ c
Sesame oil ¼ tsp
Mayonnaise 2 Tbl
Rice vinegar 1 Tbl
Salt pinch

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth and creamy.
